Paperless Patient Billing Statements Coming to MyLVHN

To deliver a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to view your Lehigh Valley Health Network bills, we are switching all patients with a MyLVHN account to paperless billing on April 14, 2025.

Patients are being notified with their paper statements starting this month, and notifications also will be sent in the MyLVHN app.

If you have a MyLVHN account, beginning April 14, 2025, you will receive notifications of paperless statements to your phone or desktop (as an email) and to your MyLVHN mobile app (text message).

How will it work?

  • If you have a MyLVHN account, beginning April 14, 2025, you will receive notifications of paperless statements to your phone or desktop (as an email) and to your MyLVHN mobile app (text message). The message will include a link to view your bills and make payments. Please make sure notifications are turned ON. Paper statements will no longer be mailed to your home.
  • If you do not have a MyLVHN account, sign up at MyLVHN.org or by downloading the MyLVHN app to your mobile device.
  • To continue to receive paper statements, contact customer service at 484-884-1300 or send a message through MyLVHN by using the “Messages” option, then clicking on “Send a message” and scrolling down to “Bill or Insurance Question.”

Update your billing preferences at any time:

  1. Open your MyLVHN Application.
  2. Navigate to the Menu section.
  3. Select Billing summary or type in Billing in the search field and select Billing summary.
  4. Click on Get started or the Paperless Preferences link.
  5. Check Paperless billing.
  6. Click on Save changes.
