Patient Service Representatives Needed

Help Wanted!

In order to support LVPG-P’s EPIC go-live, LVPG will be sending designated super-users from Lehigh Valley based practices to LVPG-P practices to serve as resources for the LVPG-P staff.  As a temporary measure to backfill the positions at LVPG, we are offering colleagues in the ED Registrar and Outpatient Registrar roles the opportunity to work extra hours at LVPG practices in the Patient Services Representative (PSR) role.

Program Details

• This will be a second assignment, offering colleagues extra paid work time above and beyond their scheduled hours.
• Individuals who are chosen for the role will be required to complete up to 16 hours of training, with the first training session occurring the week of 10/23, and subsequent sessions scheduled as necessary.
• Colleagues will retain the current base rate of pay for any hours worked in this program, and full-time and part-time colleagues will receive overtime pay for eligible hours worked. 
• All hours will be paid with the colleague’s regular pay cycle.
• This opportunity for extra hours is expected to last 4-6 weeks.
