Antonette (Toni) Fritz has been a member of the Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Trustees since 2024 and the Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton Board of Trustees since 2016. She is Branch Manager for First National Bank in Mountain Top, Pa. Prior to joining First National Bank, Ms. Fritz was Vice President and Market Leader for BB&T, now Truist, in Hazleton, as well as branch offices in Drums, Kingston and Mountain Top. She also previously served as Vice President and dual Branch Manager for National Penn Bank–Hazleton Broad Street Office and the Laurel Mall branch. 

Ms. Fritz has been with the banking industry since 1988 and has over 35 years of banking experience in the Shenandoah, Mountain Top and Greater Hazleton communities, with responsibility for business development within the community.  She has taught “Banking on Our Future” to the students in the Hazleton Area School District.

Ms. Fritz is very active in her community, serving in several leadership roles. In addition to the LVH–Hazleton board, she is a member of the CAN DO Inc. Board of Directors and a former board member of the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Greater Hazleton Area Senior Citizen Center. Ms. Fritz is a current member and past treasurer of the Rotary Club of Mountain Top, as well as past treasurer of the Crestwood Comets Girls Volleyball Booster Club.
