Jennifer Roeder is Vice President of Practice and Institute Operations for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). Ms. Roeder began her career with LVHN in 2004 as Program Coordinator within the division of rehabilitation services. Ms. Roeder’s distinctive leadership and dedication to multidisciplinary patient care helped build the foundation of LVHN’s outpatient specialty rehabilitation programs.

In 2011, Ms. Roeder joined Coordinated Health to share her program development experience, enhance outpatient rehabilitation services and ambulatory offerings. As part of her continued community commitment to expand musculoskeletal services, Ms. Roeder joined LVPG as Administrator for Musculoskeletal Services in 2017.

While supporting the integration of multiple departments – including orthopedics, pain management, physiatry, chiropractic medicine and advanced spine program and rheumatology – Ms. Roeder helped facilitate centralization of patient care services. This substantially improved access to specialty care and increased positive patient experiences.

An advocate for accessible, high-quality patient care, Ms. Roeder is focused on breaking down silos to ensure an exemplary patient experience, meaningful provider collaboration and the right access at the right time with the right provider for patients.

In 2021, Ms. Roeder became Vice President of Operations for LVPG Musculoskeletal Services. In January 2022, Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute officially launched, and Ms. Roeder is excited to continue enhancing the geographical footprint of world-class musculoskeletal care in the communities we serve.

Ms. Roeder holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University, a master’s degree in physical therapy from Thomas Jefferson and an MBA from DeSales University. She and her husband have three very busy sons and enjoy spending time at their sporting events.
