Linda Lapos, MD, is a colon-rectal surgeon who serves as Chair of the Colon-Rectal Surgery Division of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). She is a founding partner of Colon-Rectal Surgery Associates P.C., Allentown.

Dr. Lapos is former President of the LVHN Medical Staff. She serves on many LVHN committees, including the Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton Board of Trustees. She is a mentor to LVHN general surgery residents and colon-rectal surgery fellows.

Dr. Lapos is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency and colon-rectal surgery fellowship at LVHN. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon-Rectal Surgeons, as well as a member of multiple other programs and committees.

For many years, Dr. Lapos has served as a lector at St. Thomas More Church, Allentown, and as a member of the Board of Directors at the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival at DeSales University.
