Ms. Kutchmarick is Vice President of Lehigh Valley Institute for Surgical Excellence. She is a past Board Member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Healthcare Executive Network, a local chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She joined Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) in 2002 as a case manager for trauma services. In that role, she managed the discharge planning for patients experiencing traumatic events and, later, focusing on case management for patients with ALS and MS in partnership with LVPG Neurology.

After serving seven years as a case manager, Ms. Kutchmarick transitioned to practice management, accepting a director position with LVPG Maternal Fetal Medicine. In this role, she managed the perinatology service line, which included three practice locations and multiple telehealth services. This position paved the way for the next step in her career, Administrator for Primary Care. In this role, Ms. Kutchmarick had oversight of more than 40 family medicine and ExpressCARE practices inclusive of services in the Lehigh Valley, Schuylkill, Hazleton and Pocono regions.

In 2021, Ms. Kutchmarick transitioned into the role of Vice President, LVPG Primary Care Operations. In this role, Ms. Kutchmarick had oversight of ExpressCARE, family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics, leading these areas through the transition from fee for service to fee for value and spearheading strategic growth. She enjoys designing KPI reports, educating and developing direct reports, and engaging in project pilots that focus on patient and colleague experiences, quality improvement and improving workflow efficiencies.

On a personal note, Ms. Kutchmarick is an avid runner. She enjoys endurance races from half marathons to ultra-marathons and enjoys traveling to different locales to run. She is a huge hockey fan and enjoys watching her son take the ice as a member of the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Jr. Knights
