Secoy earned her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and her master’s degree in genetic counseling from Kean University. She is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine and the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners.
