Ruchi Kukreja, MD

Dr. Kukreja is a board-certified family physician with a fellowship in integrative medicine from the University of Michigan. With a passion for empowering patients with tools for wellness and experiencing the transformative power of mindfulness meditation herself, she completed mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher’s training with Brown University and is a qualified MBSR level 1 instructor. She is eager to integrate mindfulness in medicine as she strongly believes in a “whole health” approach to health and healing.

She is an integrative medicine physician at the Bucks County Center for Integrative Medicine (BCIM) in Doylestown, Pa., and joined the LVHN Center for Mindfulness team in the summer of 2024. She has previously worked as primary care physician with Jefferson Health and in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She is delighted to support people in their health journeys, empowering them with tools for health optimization and strongly believes in the immense power of mindfulness in human healing.
