Hello! My name is Shelly Ketchens and I am the Director of Education for the Department of Medicine Residency and Fellowship Programs. I have been at LVHN and with the Department of Medicine since 2001. My previous roles in the department included Student Clerkship Coordinator and Residency/Fellowship Coordinator.

My primary focus for our programs is to ensure that we are meeting the expectations and goals of each program, as well as of our trainees. Our objective is to maintain successful programs that future residents and fellows aspire to join, and where our trainees are able to proficiently and confidently graduate and obtain positions in fellowship programs and future practices of their choice.
