Susan C. Yee served on the Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Trustees from 1997 to 2020. She currently serves on the Lehigh Valley Hospital Board of Trustees. Ms. Yee is the CEO of Active Data, Inc., a software company that develops technologies that provide real-time business-to-business information exchange using the internet. Ms. Yee is a graduate of Lehigh University, with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing and a minor in international relations. She serves on the Lehigh University College of Education Board of Advisors, is the Chair of the university’s Public Affairs Committee, and a member of the university’s Student Advisory Committee. Ms. Yee also serves on Lehigh Valley Economic and Development Corporation’s Office of Minority and Women Owned Businesses Board. Her community involvement includes service with the American Red Cross, Musikfest, C-SPAN, the DaVinci Discovery Center, Easter Seals, The Lehigh Valley Coalition for Kids, Northampton County Development Corp., the Pennsylvania Stage Company, Muhlenberg College and more. She lives in Bethlehem and has two children.
