Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) offers market-leading pay rates for surgical technicians (surgical techs) plus sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates. Experienced surgical techs can earn up to $25,000 in a sign-on bonus. New graduates earn up to $10,000.
As a surgical tech, you will be immersed in the scrub role within LVHN operating rooms, working to support aseptic technique, provide surgeons with the instruments and tools to do their job and be part of a comprehensive interdisciplinary team that focuses on patient safety and advocacy.
