Additional $5/hour for day shift and $8/hour for night shift in addition to base pay and shift differential.

For multisite float pool positions, receive an additional $8/hour for day shift and $11/hour for night shift in addition to base pay and shift differential.

Job Description: Directs and manages the care of designated patients. Utilizes effective and appropriate communication styles.

Minimum Requirements: One year acute care nursing experience. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of medical surgical orientation or previous medical surgical experience. Successful completion of cardiac arrhythmia interpretation course or passing score on challenge exam for cardiac arrhythmia interpretation course. Passing score on basic proficiency in medication administration examination within six (6) weeks of hire.

External Applicants: BSN is preferred and required by 1/1/2020.

Preferred Qualifications: BSN Preferred. Professional Certification in Clinical Practice Specialty. 

Licensure and Certifications: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure. Current BLS Health Care Provider.
