About

Philosophy of care

I strive to practice my profession with honor, dignity and integrity, providing my patients with the best care and treating them with utmost respect. Caring for people when they are sick and most vulnerable is a sacred privilege not be taken for granted.

Why I entered medicine

I was fascinated by an essay as a second grader about the role of doctors in society, and that triggered a passion in my young mind to pursue a degree in medicine. I have always wanted a career that would enable me to make a difference in my world by alleviating people's suffering.

Community involvement

I have been involved in the Charity Mile club, promoting a healthy lifestyle by regular exercise. I have logged 10,000 miles. I am also a member of my local church and enjoy mentoring young physicians.

Personal interests

I enjoy spending quality time with my daughters. I am an ardent tennis and soccer fan, and also enjoy kayaking, bicycling, walking, tennis, traveling and exploring the world.
