About

Philosophy of care

I practice patient-centered, evidence-based hematology and oncology with a strong emphasis on shared decision-making. I believe in partnering closely with you and your family, integrating the best available clinical evidence with your values, goals and preferences to deliver compassionate, thoughtful and personalized care.

Why I entered medicine

Growing up with a father in primary care showed me the value of trusted physician-patient relationships. Along with a desire to improve access to high-quality care, it inspired me to pursue medicine and build meaningful connections with my patients.

Community involvement

I have been involved in cancer-related fundraising and charitable events throughout my training and career, with a focus on supporting patients, advancing cancer care and giving back to the communities I serve.

Personal interests

I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, live music and time with my family.
