Philosophy of care

My philosophy centers on empowering families through education. When parents understand their child’s illness, treatment and recovery process, they are more engaged and confident in caring for their child. Clear communication and compassionate care help build trust and ensure the best outcomes.

Why I entered medicine

I wanted to combine my love of science with my desire to help children and families. Pediatrics allows me to make a meaningful difference not only in a child’s health, but also in a family’s well-being.

Community involvement

I support health education initiatives and outreach programs that help families and promote children’s well-being.

Personal interests

I enjoy live music, gardening, traveling and hiking with my dog and husband.
