About

Philosophy of care

I believe in blending evidence-based medicine with compassionate care. Each patient presents with a set of unique circumstances, and I provide thoughtful clinical judgment to address acute medical needs while also advocating for your long-term health and well-being.

Why I entered medicine

Medicine has always been my passion. It offers a unique combination of intellectual challenge and human connection and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I’ve always had a strong interest in science and biology, and medicine allows me to combine that scientific curiosity with the privilege of building relationships with patients based on trust and compassion. This intersection provides me a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Community involvement

I’ve really enjoyed working in rural areas caring for underserved populations.

Personal interests

Staying active is important to me, and I enjoy spending free time strength training, hiking, reading, gardening and traveling.
