About
Philosophy of care
I offer young patients wholesome, evidence-based care after shared decision-making with their parents. I also advocate for the life and safety of my patients.
Why I entered medicine
I am on a mission of caring for others and found a career in medicine to be a good fit. I make a point of caring for the whole person, including their thoughts and emotions.
Community involvement
I am involved through Health Outreach to the Middle East (HOME), an organization that provides free medical care and support to the hungry and sick in the Middle East and North Africa.
Personal interests
I wrote a book on emotional health titled “Re-Relate” that likens personal attitudes to a lens. Broken attitudes (lenses) lead to emotional turmoil and conflict. I also like to paddle and swim.
