About

Philosophy of care

Everyone should get to experience the best care possible. I tailor my care to meet my patients’ individual needs and to treat them as a part of my own family.

Why I entered medicine

I entered the medical field at a young age, fueled by the satisfaction I got from helping others. I became a nurse and developed a 20-year career as an emergency medicine and trauma RN. Later, eager to advance my profession and desiring to build on my critical-care background, I became a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Now I get to hand-tailor your anesthetic with your goals and individualized needs in mind.

Community involvement

I believe in giving back to the community and helping our planet. I have done river clean-ups in the surrounding areas. I have also been involved in Project Cure, a non-profit that collects and delivers medical supplies to developing countries. I would love to take mission trips to help those in rural communities receive the best available care.

Personal interests

I love spending time with my family, traveling and exploring. I also enjoy staying active through fitness, plenty of outdoor sports, skiing and boating with friends and family.
