- The application deadline is Oct. 15.
- Interviews will be held in mid-November.
Frequently Asked Questions
Applicants often ask:
The short answer is that the two program sites (Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Muhlenberg in Bethlehem and LVH–17th Street in Allentown) are more similar than different. You will have the same opportunity to learn advanced skills and excel in your education at either site. Each site has the same goals and objectives, the same policies and the same opportunities. The residents attend the same lectures and department functions. The differences are the locations, program directors, attending staff and auxiliaries. You can find out more specifics about each individual site by visiting our program before or during your interviews.
The residency programs start on June 23. New residents attend hospital and department orientation beginning approximately two weeks prior to the start date.
