"I totally believe in my heart that I have the best Neurologist Dr Vitaliy Koss along with his team of nurses and office staff. I felt so ? relieved to see Dr Koss the other day with the enormous amount of headaches I have been having. I was forced by the VA to go somewhere else for approx 5 months. I always saw Dr Koss so my migraines and everything got messed up going elsewhere. He knows my history when he walks in and meds. I trust him and the staff their to be able to take care of their pt's. They don't send you away they will find you answers ?."
"The check-in process is terrible! I always do the online check-in to expedite my visit, but then when I get off the elevator you need to check-in again. Once I reach my "pod" I have to check-in a 3rd time and they hand me a clipboard with like 4 forms to sign. 3 Check-ins for 1 office visit for Botox (which I get every three months) is not very efficient. I find it annoying and a big waste of my time."
"Dr. Koss is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, and is always up-to-date on the newest treatment options for headaches and migraines."
