LVHN–Pocono Foundation Grant Opportunities

The Lehigh Valley Health Network Pocono Foundation understands that a healthy community require more than just healthcare. For that reason, the Foundation offers a variety of grant opportunities to enhance the health of the Pocono community.

Funding focuses on community health and human services, children's well-being, and medical equipment needs here at LVH-Pocono.  All applications are reviewed and evaluated by a diverse selection committee. Guidelines and submission requirements vary with the respective applications.  We encourage our nonprofit partners to thoroughly review guidelines prior to applying.  If you have further questions, please contact the LVHN-Pocono Foundation at 570-476-3530.
