At the Lehigh Valley Institute for Surgical Excellence, our mission is to provide an unmatched patient experience utilizing leading-edge technology to achieve the best possible outcomes through surgical procedures. The Institute team includes the best and brightest clinicians and support colleagues, and we continue to recruit leaders in surgical advancements from across the country.  All with a passion for providing the best care to the patients that they serve. With the generosity of our donors, we can continue to invest in key surgical initiatives including:

World-Class Neurosurgical Care

Philanthropic funding will allow us to provide care based on the latest advancements in neurosurgery as we expand on our current leading-edge procedures including Deep Brain Stimulation Surgery, Augmented Reality Surgery, Pediatric Neurosurgery, Neuro-Oncology Surgery and Skull Base Surgery Program. Members of our community turn to us for life-changing and lifesaving neurological care, and with your support, we can invest in the latest and greatest technology and clinicians to continue to provide these vital services.

Advanced Robotic Surgery Program

Welcome to the largest, most advanced robotic surgery program in the nation. We’ve completed over 25,000 surgeries in the past decade, using 19 robotic surgery systems across all Lehigh Valley Health Network campuses. Our 100-plus highly skilled surgeons use this technology to treat cancer and other conditions with precision. Thanks to robotic surgery, patients experience less pain post-op, and enjoy a faster recovery, allowing them to get back to being themselves.  Philanthropy plays a pivotal role in our mission to build on our position as the premiere unmatched leader in the multi-specialty robotic surgery space.
