Summary
Assists in the design, development, and administration of retirement benefit programs for the network.

Job Duties

• Maintains retirement benefits module in HR HCM system.
• Analyzes the retirement plan benefits for all entities.
• Collects information necessary for the development of Knowledge Base material.
• Recommends changes to plan documentation as necessary.
• Ensures that colleague satisfaction is a goal and priority and displays an exemplary pattern of positive customer feedback.
• Gathers relevant data from various sources, including participation in relevant benefit surveys.
• Recommends plan changes to improve benefit delivery.
• Creates quarterly files for retirement eligibility and contributions.
• Resolves problems with a win-win solution, accommodates customers, and diffuses escalated situations.
• Revises plan documentation as necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Updates HCM retirement benefits module due to programming changes, plan changes, or regulatory mandates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field.
• 2 years Human Resource experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year Retirement and pension plan experience.
• CPB - Certified Benefits Professional - State of Pennsylvania

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
