Orthotic and Prosthetic Services
Helping you or your loved one with the next stage of care is important to us. At Lehigh Valley Medical Supplies–Cedar Point and LVPG Keystone Prosthetics and Orthotics, we provide orthotic and prosthetic services for both adults and children. Our clinical teams include certified orthotists, prosthetists and orthotic fitters who help ensure you receive the device best fit for your needs and goals.
Orthotics
Whether you have a limb difference, are recovering from an injury or recently received a new diagnosis, our certified orthotists and orthotic fitters work closely with your physician to provide an orthosis that meets your needs. An orthosis is a device worn to support, align or restore function to a part of your body. We offer both off-the-shelf and custom-made orthoses.
Prosthetics
Experiencing limb loss or limb difference can bring a whirlwind of emotions. Wherever you are on this journey, our prosthetists are here to support you and work with your care team to help you overcome challenges, gain confidence and regain mobility. A prosthesis is an artificial device that replaces a missing limb. We offer custom-made prostheses to meet your needs and goals.
Pediatrics
By working closely with your child’s pediatrician, parents or caregivers, our clinicians provide orthoses or prostheses that help your child reach important developmental milestones. Our clinicians will be alongside your child as they grow and change, providing orthotic and prosthetic solutions for every stage of development.
What to expect
During your visit, a certified prosthetist, orthotist or orthotic fitter will work with you, in collaboration with your physician, to identify and custom fit an appropriate orthotic or prosthetic device. A script is needed from your clinician or your child’s pediatrician for the first appointment.
Unlike doctors’ appointments, you are not charged and do not pay a copay for each appointment. Appointments are covered by the cost of the device provided by us. Please do not hesitate to schedule an appointment if you have any questions or concerns about your device.
