When we launched the MyLVHN patient portal eight years ago, it took off as a convenient way for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) patients to quickly and easily schedule or change appointments, access test results and more.

That popularity recently brought us to a huge milestone – 1 million active MyLVHN accounts.

If you don’t have a MyLVHN account, setting one up is easy and it means you have your health information at your fingertips wherever you are and whenever you want. It can be accessed with either your computer or smart phone. Your MyLVHN patient portal can help you:

Signing up for your MyLVHN account or logging in is easy.

• Instant activation: Within 24 hours of your Lehigh Valley Physician Group visit, follow the link that will be emailed to you to reach the MyLVHN sign-up form.
• Activation with a code: On MyLVHN.org or MyLVHN app, select "Sign Up Now." Add your MyLVHN activation code (find it on your after-visit summary), along with the requested information.
• Activation without a code: On MyLVHN.org or app, select "Sign Up Now," then select "Sign Up Online." Complete the required information.
