Jeser is originally a West Coast native from San Francisco and fell in love with Pennsylvania after completing medical school training in nearby Lackawanna and Luzerne counties. Jeser graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of California, Davis and completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, Ariz. Between undergraduate and medical school education, Jeser volunteered as a scribe at local underserved community health centers, connecting and learning more about his community’s medical needs to better serve his future patients. Jeser’s interests include osteopathic manipulative medicine and serving underserved communities. In his spare time, Jeser pursues cooking, exercise, catching a Lehigh Valley Phantoms game or going on trips to find new food spots in the Keystone State and beyond. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
