Miguel grew up in Maryland. He went to Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. He attended the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia for his medical education. His professional interests include primary care and lifestyle medicine. Outside of medicine, his interests include running, biking, playing video games and watching anime.
