About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy is to treat every patient as if they were a loved one, making sure to do the right thing and uphold the highest standard of care.
Why I entered medicine
I loved biology and anatomy in high school and have always wanted to help people. I started as a surgical technologist and continued my education to become a physician assistant. After 30 years in the OR, I still find surgery fascinating and love learning new techniques and procedures.
Community involvement
I was a volunteer cheerleading coach for my daughters, and a volunteer for my daughter's high school theater group, sewing costumes for several productions.
Personal interests
I love time with family and loved ones. I love to travel, especially to beaches both domestic and foreign, particularly in Mexico and the Caribbean. I love cruising to exotic locations. I love the 80s. I love live music and attending concerts.
