About

Philosophy of care

Compassion, clinical excellence, and collaborative teamwork are the foundations of my philosophy of care. I strive to provide evidence based medical treatment while maintaining respect and empathy for patients and staff. I am committed to lifelong learning, advocating for patient needs, upholding ethical standards, and supporting a holistic recovery of physical, emotional, and social support for all patients.

Why I entered medicine

Biology and medical sciences have always fascinated me. I’m drawn to the way they combine complexity with clarity—how intricate systems work together in logical and purposeful ways. The opportunity to apply my understanding of these subjects to help people heal is deeply fulfilling. Being able to turn my passion into a profession that makes a difference in people’s lives is truly a privilege.

Community involvement

My passion for the sciences inspires me to prioritize patient education. It's essential to explain the purpose behind medical treatments so that patients can fully understand all of the options and make informed decisions about their care. Promoting medical literacy is something I’m committed to, both in clinical practice and in my community.

Personal interests

I love to read! Science fiction, nonfiction, dragons, and tales of great heroes are my favorites. When I'm not reading, I may be practicing my martial arts, going to the gym, hiking, or crocheting.
