About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy is grounded in clinical excellence, patient safety, empathy and holistic treatment. I believe in treating not just the condition, but the whole person – recognizing the physical, emotional and psychological aspects involved in facial trauma, dental pathology, congenital anomalies and surgical interventions.
Why I entered medicine
My decision to pursue oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) stems from a passion for both medicine and dentistry, combined with a desire to make a profound impact on patients’ lives – functionally and emotionally. OMFS offers a unique opportunity to integrate surgical precision with complex facial anatomy and oral health, allowing for life-changing interventions that restore not only form and function, but also confidence and quality of life.
Personal interests
I find joy and balance through meaningful moments. Nature, whether during quiet walks outdoors or simply pausing to enjoy the beauty of the natural world, helps me stay grounded and present. I also love cooking, especially experimenting with new recipes or creating meals that bring comfort and connection to my family. Most importantly, I cherish time with my husband and son. Whether sharing a meal, exploring the outdoors or just enjoying each other’s company at home, those moments are the heart of my life. These personal interests keep me centered, remind me of what truly matters and inspire the compassion and care I bring to my work every day.
