About
Philosophy of care
I believe an informed patient is the best patient. That is why I strive to keep my patients educated and informed about their ocular diagnoses. From detailed explanations of their diagnoses in the exam room to updating them on the latest technology/treatment available for their condition, I always look to help my patients to the best of my ability.
Why I entered medicine
I have always had a passion for helping people. I entered optometry with the goal of improving individuals' lives by helping them see better through corrective lenses. As the scope of optometry becomes wider, I am able to expand my ability to help patients by managing and treating sight-threatening conditions.
Community involvement
During residency, I participated in Community Partners in Medicine in West Chester, Pa., providing optometric services for underrepresented populations. Currently, I am involved with the nonprofit Give Back Lehigh Valley and look forward to the prospect of more community involvement.
Personal interests
When I am not practicing optometry, I love to get into the outdoors and experience nature. Hiking and camping are a big passion of mine, as I love exploring the wonders that the outdoors has to offer. I am also an avid traveler and always looking forward to the next adventure with my family.
