About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy centers on comprehensive, holistic support that honors the unique physical, emotional and social changes of adolescence. I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where young people feel empowered to take an active role in their health. Through collaboration, education and advocacy, I guide adolescents toward informed decision-making, resilience and lifelong wellness.
Why I entered medicine
I’m deeply committed to the physical and mental well-being of others. Throughout my time in pediatrics, I have loved working with the adolescent population regarding a stage of life filled with rapid change. Caring for teens allows me to address their unique health needs, build trust and empower them with the knowledge and support needed to thrive now and into adulthood.
Community involvement
I have participated in charity walk/runs/fitness events. These events gave me the opportunity to contribute to meaningful causes, connect with members of my community and support health-focused initiatives in a hands-on way.
Personal interests
My hobbies include anything outdoors, such as hiking, running, kayaking and gardening. I love to travel and explore new places as well as spend time with family and friends.
