About

Philosophy of care

I believe exceptional care begins with listening, and treat every patient with compassion, respect and dignity while providing evidence-based medical care. I value clear communication with patients, families and the healthcare team especially during hospital stays.

Why I entered medicine

A medical career offered the opportunity to serve others during the most important moments of their lives. Combining science, critical thinking and compassion to care for patients is deeply rewarding and a continual source of purpose. It is a privilege to earn my patients' trust and help guide them through illness and recovery.

Community involvement

I am proud to serve with the Philadelphia Medical Reserve Corps, and participate in school and community activities as well as faith-based service initiatives. These experiences reflect my commitment to supporting the health and well-being of others both inside and outside the hospital.

Personal interests

I enjoy time with family, participating in community and faith-based activities, traveling and exploring opportunities for lifelong learning. I value the balance of caring for others, personal growth and staying connected to the community I serve.
