About

Philosophy of care

It’s important for me to get close to a patient. You need to be able to express your concerns to me freely. I treat every patient as I would a member of my family. That’s the hallmark of my patient-centered care.

Why I entered medicine

As a small child, I went along to a lot of doctor appointments and saw how kindly physicians treated my family members. I’ve always had an interest in science and, as I got older, those experiences seemed to come back to me. Now I enjoy helping people in the same way.

Community involvement

We have a local community center in my area and I’ve gone down there to help out with community elections, with people having insurance difficulties, and with different educational events for people in need. I just enjoy helping out where I can. It’s my way of giving back for all the good things I’ve experienced in my life.

Personal interests

Family time is really important to me, whether it’s traveling or just staying home to watch a movie. Even getting the chance to go for walks is something special.
