Jillian Allen, DO

Jillian Allen, DO, attended University of Maryland College Park and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in General Biology. She began working as a medical assistant at an urgent care in her time between undergraduate education and medical school which sparked her interest in emergency medicine.

She attended Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, Va., where she obtained her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020. From there she matched into the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), which she completed in 2024. During her time in residency she was an active pre-hospital physician and was the resident medical director for Cetronia Ambulance Corps. 

She subsequently became LVHN’s first Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-accredited emergency medicine fellow, which she completed July 2024 to July 2025. After fellowship, Dr. Allen stayed on at LVHN as an emergency medicine attending and stays active in pre-hospital care as a co-medical director for Easton EMS.

In her time outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two stepchildren, traveling, gardening, following Washington Capitals ice hockey and playing and coaching softball.
