Application Information

The surgery program at LVHN accepts eight applicants annually into our five-year training program.

Application Preferences

Applications for fellowship are accepted only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

  • The application deadline is October 15
  • Interviews will be held fall and winter
