SummaryOversee inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise. Run analysis reports to ensure inventory meets par levels to support growing business operations. Oversee inventory levels for the LVHN network, supporting eight gift shops.
Job Duties
- Developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Monitoring and managing purchase orders, receipts, and payments. Managing inventory transfers, adjustments, and write-offs for the Network.
- Receiving merchandise, checking shipments, pulling orders, producing tickets and electronically posting completed receivers and purchase orders.
- Working with vendors to correct any shipping discrepancies.
- Coordinating with the Gift Shop Buyer to review inventory levels and make recommendations about restocking orders.
- Providing detailed inventory reports to the management team. Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
- Conducting regular inventory audits and keeping inventory spaces organized.
- Completing daily shop reconciliation.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years Retail management experience
- Working knowledge of data management systems to accurately track inventory and create reports.
- Self-starter with an ability to collaborate with others.
- Excellent organization with an analytical mind and math skills.
- An analytical mind with strong math skills.
- Basic understanding of processing freight.
Preferred Qualifications- Associate’s Degree Business, finance, marketing, or data management
- Working knowledge of POS systems
Physical DemandsLift and carry 40-50 lbs. Examples: Push/pull patients on bed, stretcher (requires 29 lbs. push force), lateral transfers up to 50 lbs. of the patient's weight. Frequent to continuous standing/walking. Patient transporters can walk 8-10 miles per shift. *Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
