Memory Support Team Meetings
The Fleming Memory Center wants to provide you with the resources and support you need to be the best caregiver you can be. Dementia affects each individual and family differently. Our approach is to provide a support team that can guide caregivers with their own customized plan of care.
What to Expect
This is an informational session for the caregiver and other family members. This is a chance to receive education based on your personal needs, get questions answered and receive the emotional support you desire.
Savvy Caregiver
The Savvy Caregiver program is a 6-week, 12 hour training program for the caregivers. Caregivers will learn, develop and modify strategies they will use to accomplish the goal of caregiving.
Virtual Caregiver Support Group
