Current ExpressCARE wait time: Loading... People ahead of you: Loading...

Wait times listed are based on the average wait over the last hour unless the practice has just opened for the day. Each person’s individual wait time begins at check-in and ends when that person is seen by a provider. “People ahead of you” is the current number of patients waiting to be seen by a provider. Your actual wait time may vary depending on the flow of patients and those patients’ needs. Rest-assured that you’ll receive safe care. You may check-in to an ExpressCARE by walking to the front desk or by using the eCheck-In feature on the MyLVHN app. If a patient room is not ready at the time of your check-in, you can choose to wait in your car.

COVID-19 Screening and Testing for People With Symptoms

You need to have a script in order to get a COVID-19 test. The easiest and fastest way to get a script is to stay home and schedule a virtual screening visit.

Virtual options to obtain a script include:

  1. Nurse line: 888-402-LVHN (5846), option 4.
  2. LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit: Visit or open your MyLVHN app. Tap on the menu, then select “Schedule ExpressCARE Video Visit.”
  3. Complete an E-Visit (detailed questionnaire visit submitted to a provider) by visiting or your MyLVHN app. Tap on the menu, then select “E-Visits.”

View Your COVID-19 Test Results

After your COVID-19 test, there’s no need to wait for a provider to call you. You can view your test results and, if needed, quarantine instructions as soon as they are available on the MyLVHN patient portal. If you have a test result that is positive, you will receive a call with guidance. Should you have questions about your results, please call 484-273-4368.
