LVHN ExpressCARE-West End

Current ExpressCARE wait time: Loading ExpressCARE wait times... People ahead of you:

Wait times listed are based on the average wait over the last hour unless the practice has just opened for the day. Each person’s individual wait time begins at check-in and ends when that person is seen by a provider. “People ahead of you” is the current number of patients waiting to be seen by a provider. Your actual wait time may vary depending on the flow of patients and those patients’ needs. Rest-assured that you’ll receive safe care. You may check-in to an ExpressCARE by walking to the front desk or by using the eCheck-In feature on the MyLVHN app. If a patient room is not ready at the time of your check-in, you can choose to wait in your car.

COVID-19 Screening and Testing for People with Symptoms

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 and need a COVID test, you will need a prescription. To get your prescription, do one of three things: Call the MyLVHN Nurse Information line at 1-888-402-LVHN or complete an LVHN Video Visit or E-Visit by going to MyLVHN.org or downloading the MyLVHN app. A provider will determine if testing is needed and schedule your appointment.

View your COVID-19 test results

After your COVID-19 test, there’s no need to wait for a provider to call you. You can view your test results and quarantine instructions as soon as they are available on the MyLVHN patient portal. If you receive positive test results, you will receive a call with guidance. Should you have questions about your results, please call 484-273-4368.
