JeffConnect offers 24/7 on-demand video visits, allowing you to connect with an urgent care clinician within minutes, no matter where you are in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware. You can receive prompt, expert medical advice without having to leave your home or experience wait times. On-demand telehealth calls also help limit exposure to contagious environments.
JeffConnect on-demand video visits are similar to urgent care visits and are ideal for non-emergency conditions, such as colds, flu, cough, fever, urinary tract symptoms, infections, minor injuries and prescriptions. JeffConnect urgent care clinicians can also help point you in the right direction for further care, whether you need to see a specialist or if something is a more urgent concern.
All you need to do is sign in or register for JeffConnect, request an appointment and confirm your reason for the appointment along with providing basic information, such as your contact info and pharmacy.
The after-visit summary of your visit will be emailed to you as well as be available in your MyJeffersonHealth account. If you don’t already have a MyJeffersonHealth account, the JeffConnect clinician can help facilitate opening one, although you don’t need to establish one if you prefer not to.
Insurance typically covers this type of visit with your standard copay. If it is not covered, you will need to pay $59 (by credit card) at the time of your visit.
What other video visit options do I have?
You can also choose to have a same-day/next-day video visit with a primary care clinician, available seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Those visits are only available if you are in the state of Pennsylvania at the time of the video visit.
