Eleven Jefferson Health Locations Earn Donate Life Recognition

The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) has recognized 11 Jefferson Health hospitals for being a designated Gift of Life Donor Program from its 2026 Donate Life Pennsylvania Hospital Challenge. Locations honored include:

• Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg
• Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono

PLATINUM

• Jefferson Abington Hospital
• Jefferson Bucks Hospital
• Jefferson Frankford Hospital
• Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton 
• Jefferson Lansdale Hospital
• Jefferson Torresdale Hospital
• Thomas Jefferson University Hospital 

SILVER

• Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital

Throughout April, National Donate Life Month, HAP partners with the Pennsylvania Department of Health to lead the Donate Life Pennsylvania Hospital Challenge, an initiative designed to increase awareness of organ donation. Participating hospitals earn recognition for completing awareness and donor-designation activities, with awards determined through a scorecard-based evaluation process.
