Enhanced Comprehensive Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Services

Starting this fall, Lehigh Valley Institute for Surgical Excellence will offer an expanded range of sinus and skull base surgical services, including:

• Endoscopic transnasal approaches to the anterior cranial base (for tumor resection and repair of cerebrospinal fluid leaks) and the pituitary gland (for pituitary tumors)
• Routine and complex sinus surgery, including frontal sinus surgery and revision surgery for refractory disease and nasal polyps
• Orbital and optic nerve decompression and dacryocystorhinostomy procedures for orbital tumors and thyroid eye disease
• Surgical management of chronic and acute sinusitis, allergic rhinitis and nasal obstructions
