LVH–Cedar Crest Recognized by NRC With Top Patient Experience Award

Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Cedar Crest has been recognized with a 2025 NRC Health Excellence in Patient Experience Award, one of just three other hospitals in the nation in the large hospitals category to receive this award. Hospital rankings are determined by real-time Net Promoter Scores for the question, “Would you recommend this facility?” Rankings are based on responses received by NRC Health between April 1, 2024–March 31, 2025, out of 168 eligible facilities. This selection criteria excluded specialties and children’s hospitals.
