Effective July 12, the COVID-19 vaccine clinic days and hours will change

Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Hazleton’s COVID-19 vaccine clinic held on the first floor of the hospital will be closed Monday, July 5 in observance of the holiday. Clinic hours of 8 a.m.-4 p.m. will resume on July 7 and July 9. 

Effective July 12, the COVID-19 vaccine clinic days and hours will change to Mondays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Wednesdays from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. There will be no clinic hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

LVH–Hazleton and other Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) locations are currently providing COVID-19 vaccines to people age 12 and older. Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine is being provided to children and adolescents age 12-17. People 18 and older could receive either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine based on available supplies. 

You now have more options than ever to get your vaccination:

  1. Schedule on MyLVHN, our patient portal, at MyLVHN.org.
  2. Call 833-584-6283 (833-LVHN-CVD). The COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends everyone 12 years and older should get a COVID-19 vaccination to help protect against COVID-19. Widespread vaccination is critical to help stop the pandemic. Getting you and your child vaccinated can bring you one step closer to enjoying the activities you miss.
