About

Philosophy of care

My goal is to provide care centered on the needs of each patient. Functional neurosurgery improves quality of life for patients with such complexities as movement disorders, chronic pain, psychiatric disorders and epilepsy. I hope to provide access to a variety of innovative technologies to allow you to choose the treatment best for you.

Why I entered medicine

I chose the medical profession to provide hands-on care to patients and bring innovative technologies into the room with patients.

Community involvement

I enjoy engaging the local community in medical education and outreach, and improving the shared outdoor space through trail maintenance, river cleanup, etc…

Personal interests

In my free time I enjoy reading fiction, classical music and backpacking.
