About
Philosophy of care
The philosophy I have adopted for medical care stems from a foundation of empathy and open communication. When patients are not only given medical information, but also understand the information being discussed, it creates the opportunity to set health goals and improve quality of life.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine to help patients during their time of need. For several years I have practiced as a registered nurse, primarily in an Emergency Department setting. I am now furthering my health care career as a family nurse practitioner so I can provide and guide care for patients of all ages and their families.
Community involvement
I was raised in Carbon County and now live there with my own family. We support agriculture and wildlife conservation.
Personal interests
My interests include being with my family and anything outdoors! Gardening, riding horses, traveling, reading, cooking – I enjoy it all.
