Philosophy of care

Exceptional care begins with strong, trusting relationships with my patients, so I create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable, respected and truly heard. I am passionate about helping you through every stage of life, ensure you understand your options and feel confident participating in decisions about your care.

Why I entered medicine

As an adolescent, my experiences going to the gynecologist showed me firsthand how much of a difference the right clinician can make. Having someone who made me feel comfortable left a lasting impact, and helped me understand the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care. Since entering medicine, it has been my goal to be that source of comfort and support for other women.

Personal interests

Outside of work I enjoy reading, live concerts and relaxing vacations. Most of all, I love quality time with my husband, son and dog.
