About
Philosophy of care
I consider you as a whole regarding your treatment. Your access to and follow up with medical care, as well as your understanding of your condition, are keys to improving your health during a stressful time. My goal for each patient's visit to the emergency department is acknowledging and addressing all their concerns.
Why I entered medicine
My interest in the human body and its physiology led me to a health care career. My desire to give back to others in such a unique position as a physician has guided me to this point. It is rewarding to receive gratitude from patients, and it provides me the energy to continue with treating others on my shift.
Community involvement
I am exploring ways to give back as a clinician at a ski resort and want to be involved with sporting/athletic events.
Personal interests
Most of my time is spent enjoying life with my wife, two children and two dogs. I like to stay active with things like skiing and weightlifting. Football season is spent watching Penn State and the Green Bay Packers.
