About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy is to be compassionate and caring at all times. It's important to be there for you not only at a time of illness but also when things are going well so I can encourage good habits in your nutrition and ongoing health and wellness goals.

Why I entered medicine

I chose medicine because I wanted to help the sick and make them feel better. Throughout my career, I could do much more than that with decreasing the morbidity that is associated with so many illnesses. My goal is to keep my patients and those around me in positive health. I have had the privilege to work with multi-generational families and be a source of comfort during trying times.

Community involvement

I volunteer with several ministries at St. Jane’s parish, including the food pantry, St. Vincent de Paul Society and our parish health and wellness ministry.

Personal interests

I enjoy spending time playing piano, volunteering and practicing yoga.
